Privacy Policy

Account: your email, entity or business name, and phone number if you add one.

Buy boxes: the markets, property types, price range, minimum beds, condition tolerance, and close timeline you publish, plus when you last confirmed them.

Proof of funds: only if you choose to upload one. It is optional.

Deals and reviews: deals you post, which buyers they were sent to, and reviews written by or about you.

Waitlist: an email address and whether you are a buyer or wholesaler, for a market that has not opened.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

Anyone, signed in or not: only aggregate counts — how many buy boxes are active in a market, price ranges, typical close timelines. These never identify an individual.

Wholesalers without a subscription: anonymised cards. A price band, condition tolerance, close timeline, rating, closing count, whether a POF is on file, and how fresh the box is — with no name, contact details, or identifier.

Wholesalers with a Wholesale Pro subscription: your name, email, phone, and your proof-of-funds document, for buy boxes that match the deal they are working. This is what they are paying for, and it is the main reason to think about what you upload.

Your counterparty: once a deal is assigned, both sides can see each other in order to close it and review each other afterwards.

These boundaries are enforced by the database itself, not only by the interface.

Supabase hosts the database, authentication, and file storage (United States). Stripe handles payments — we never see or store your card number. Resend delivers our email. Netlify serves the website.

Buyers are emailed only when a deal matches a buy box they published, plus a reminder when a box is due for confirmation. We do not blast deals to people they do not fit.

You will also get service email — password resets, receipts, and a review request after a deal closes. Those are part of running the account and are not marketing.

We keep your data while your account is open. Delete your buy boxes at any time from your dashboard and they stop matching immediately. Removing a proof-of-funds document deletes the file from storage, not just the badge.

To have your account and personal data deleted, email us and we will do it. Records of completed transactions and reviews may be kept where another member relies on them, or where we must retain them for tax or legal reasons.

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Proof-of-funds documents live in private storage and are only ever reachable through a short-lived signed link issued to someone entitled to see them. No system is perfectly secure, so upload only what you are comfortable sharing with a subscribing wholesaler.
